Those who regularly consumed a glass of wine were 70 percent less likely to gain weight.
Resveratrol is a substance that converts white fat cells into beige. The “beige” or “brown” fat is also called “good fat” because it is easier for the body to burn.
However, the substance is only present in the red grapes. So, unfortunately, white wine does not count.
